Get Well Alex
We were so sorry to hear of Alex's accident. Also sorry that we heard about it so late. Sure hope that she is healing and on the road to a quick recovery. Here I was at Doctors Hospital working there -- in and out of the ortho unit -- not having a clue that she was there.
We actually found out while at a 50th wedding anniversary party last Sat. when we sat next to John and Alex's neighbor. Also found out tonight that my Scheuber news was stuck on the month of July or I would have read the post earlier. Our thoughts and prayers are with you Alex. Uncle John, Aunt Marge and Ben.

Alex Duarte Hospitalized
Alex Duarte Hospitalized
Alex was injured in a horse accident while participating in a
horse clinic in Merced on Friday. Alex fell from her horse and
the horse, also falling, rolled over on her as it tried to right itself.
Alex is at Doctors's Hospital in Modesto where she underwent a
successful surgery Sunday evening to repair some broken bones.
She will be in the hospital for the remainder of this week and full
recovery is expected.
Alex, the family sends its best wishes for a speedy recovery.

Not Tonight Barry...
Back in May I purchased Dodger/Giants ticket for August 1. Little did I know then that it might be Barry Bonds big record breaking night! Just two more homers needed to break Henry Aaron's record as of game time tonight. Lauren and I were there with all the Giant-haters, it was quite an event. But, no Barry highlights, just Dodger Dogs and nachos. Here's a few pics.
