Scheidegger Scheuber's Shop for New Couch

A jubilant Ashlee Scheuber of 1158 Scheidegger Circle made immediate shopping plans for Sunday, as the San Francisco Giants toppled the Los Angeles Dodgers 9-5 in a slug-fest last night at SBC Park. Pacing behind said couch throughout most of the game, Michael William Scheuber settled in and sat still for the 8th inning, in a 5-5 tie. As the bases filled, Michael's bladder already had "the ducks on the pond."

It was Pedro Feliz' fourth hit of the game, a bases clearing homer that lifted the Giants to victory and prompted an immediate demise to the innocent couch. The "soiling" went unnoticed for minutes following Feliz' grand slam. As the jubilation diminished, the unsightly realization emerged... the front row seats would need to be replaced.

Michael was quoted as saying "Who cares! As long as the Giants keep winning, we'll keep buying new couches!" Ashlee was said to have recorded that quote.

Billy: Wow, thanks for the historical highlight reel. I knew Aja was feared, but 5 walks I agree is unheard of! Trent Green gets another shot this week against Houston. I look good in other matchups, except at TE. My star rookie, and a sleeper pick Kellen Winslow's broken leg was a disappointment. Had to pick up scraps and take Jason Whitten of Dallas vs. Washington.
