Riegel Smart

Billy, thanks for the explanation. Will go over that with Lauren. That formation would have worked really well last year with Lauren's team. They had two sisters (coaches daughters, go figure) that were/are incredible. The older played sweeper, probably the best player in the league, her younger sister was center forward...quick as lightening with ball handling skills unmatched. The eldest moved up, Lauren now plays sweeper and is improving daily. This last game I was shocked at how confident she played. The Blue Lightning held a shaky 1-0 lead going into the last quarter, but their opponent had only two shots on goal...mainly due to that sweeper Lauren. She was everywhere. (Mike, Dad, Mom...can't wait for you to see the games over Thanksgiving!). A side note, the little forward mentioned above got loose for 4 goals in the fourth quarter as Lauren's team won 7-0. Still undeafeted, but not nearly as good as last years team.

Uncle Bill thanks for the catch on Garrett's bday. We updated the list!

Fantasy Football is going well. I picked up McNair right after his injury and am hoping for further improvements there. I've got Edgerrin James and Jamaal Lewis as RB's, a great backfield if I can weather the next few weeks while Lewis does time. Here's a question...should I keep the NY Giants or Philadelphia' defense. Both have been productive, our league gives higher points for sacks, the Giants are strong there. Toss up?

That's it for now...wow didja catch the Yankee / Sox game??

Geoff

PS Uncle Bill I really am amazed that you made it out of grade school alive....digging caves and tunnels and building fires at school. How come Grandpa never found out about that? What would he have done to you?
