Wow!  It takes a week for a message to get posted.  Today is Saturday, March 19.  Our sister-in-law, Elisa, got her results back from her MRI.  The doctor told her she has two cysts and a 3x3 lesion on her liver.  He referred her to a liver specialist and they confirmed that she does NOT have cancer!!  We are so relieved!!  She will need to change her lifestyle a bit as she can no longer drink alcohol and she must stay off any hormones.  She sees the specialist again in four months.  We will hopefully see them next week while we are in the Bay Area.

 

I am off for Spring Break now and Mike has a business trip in San Francisco next week.  When I found out where he would be staying, I said I had to go with him!!!  We are staying at the Palace Hotel and while he is at his business meetings I will be getting a massage (a pregnancy massage that is--I have the doctor's permission) and facial and will be lunching at poolside---------as I grade papers.  My mom will meet me for one afternoon and we will go shopping in Union Square which is directly across the street. 

 

For Easter, we will be in Clayton at my god father's new house.  The whole Hopwood bunch should be there.  We will keep up the tradition of hiding eggs from the little ones.
