Sundial Bridge in Redding CA
 We returned from a trip to Redding CA on Saturday where John was on MJC Ag. trip and I went along to do genealogy on a Great Aunt who was postmistress of a mining town and her husband owned a store. Unfortunately found out that that town (Copper City) is buried under Shasta Lake. We walked across this amazing bridge which was icy at the time. Also rode the McCloud Sunset Dinner Train at the base of Mt. Shasta while enjoying conversing and dining with the college ag. teachers who attended the meetings. |
