New Orleans
Sandi and I just got back from New Orleans on Friday night. What a great time! Can't believe that I can still walk.
We were out every day for 12 hours seeing all the sights. The streetcar came right in front of our B & B so that was our mode of transportation. We talked with so many nice people from all over: Germany, England, different states and the local folks. Sandi helped out these German fellows understand the streetcar instructions. We witnessed the streetcar that we were to ride run into a car. So we had to wait for an hour to get going again. Sandi and this young German man talked for most of that time.
